Slow and Steady wins the race...Right? (Weight loss fitness)
So, I have somehow, miraculously managed to stay on track while in Idaho. I have only eaten a LITTLE fast food. (Taco Bell is my weakness..But instead of two Chalupas Supreme, I have been having 2 chicken taco frescos..That has to mean something!) I have to say, though, above the weight loss, above the gym, and all that, I am most proud that I have not had one sip of soda! This was a huge problem for me! I am so excited. My last drink of soda was New Years Eve! I am still losing, though it is slowing down, because I am so close to goal. (about 10 or so pounds.) And while on vacation my weight has fluctuated depending on the scale. I am not sure exactly how much I weigh, but it is somewhere between 125-127. This is the THINNEST I have been since I got pregnant with Cierra!! My size 5's I bought 2 weeks ago fit loose. WOOT! Above that, I feel GREAT!! I LOVE Zumba, still. I love weight training. They are still my favorite, and I can't WAIT to get home and really have Woody kick my rear with weights. I miss that awesome hurts so good feeling that comes from a good weight workout! The only down fall to all of this is loose skin and yucky stretchmarks. I am actually getting more stretchmarks (or at least I am able to see more) with my loss. It is kinda depressing. But other than that, I have no complaints.
