I am down another 2 pounds. YAY! That is after only half doing it at the gym last week because I was fighting off a cold. (I went so that I would stay in the habit!) I have easily been able to stay in my points, but on the weekend I splurge a bit into my weekly free points. I haven't used all of them, but I do use some of them.
My goal is to be AT my goal weight by May 1. That is about 83 days from today. I can do this!
